For over 20 years I built my career as a senior HR leader, partnering with executive teams to lead strategic organizational change in complex corporate environments. Much of my tenure was spent at JLL, a Fortune 200 company, where I served as the HR co-lead for the firm's largest, $2B acquisition and led the Americas COVID-19 HR response. I was deeply passionate about my work and proud of what I built.
Yet along the way, I also experienced the quiet toll of constant high performance. I know firsthand what it feels like when external success outpaces internal fulfillment, leaving you feeling on edge and white knuckling through the workday. As a parent balancing a demanding corporate role, I found myself constantly rushing, giving 100% to my team and family, but losing my own inner voice along the way.
Working with an executive coach changed everything. It gave me the space I needed to stop and finally listen to my own thoughts, helping me reconnect with what truly mattered and gain the clarity and confidence to make pivotal life and professional changes. That experience was so transformative that I chose to step away from corporate HR and dedicate myself fully to this work, completing my executive coach training through iPEC and earning my ICF credential.

Today, I offer corporate executives, business owners, and rising leaders a safe, judgment-free space to step out of the quicksand, let down their guard, and say the things they have been afraid to admit.

Outside of my private practice, I live in Chicago with my family and stay actively engaged in mentoring future women entrepreneurs through the Female Strong Yea! Chicago program.
